How many photos can I have in a Whitebook?
You must upload a minimum of 20 images and a maximum of 54 high-resolution images to make your Whitebook.
How long does it take to upload photos on Whitebook?
It will take approximately 50-60 seconds. The faster the Internet connection, the less time it will take to upload your photos. We suggest using WiFi for seamless and lesser upload time.
How do I create my Whitebook?
It’s SUPER EASY! You can create your Whitebook in just 3 STEPS
1. Click on the SHOP NOW icon
2. Click on the Photo source icon- Choose a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 54 images
3. Your Digital Whitebook is now ready - Click on edit and customise to change your book colour, spine title, book title etc
4. Once done with all the editing and customization, you click on Done, which redirects you to the Checkout page.
Are my photos going to look like the ones on my phone?
Oh, they look even better than your phone images. Printing photos from the original source will result in the highest-quality photos. We use the highest-quality ink and paper. As a result, your printed photos should appear cleaner more colourful and vibrant than what you see on your phone.
Can I print multiple copies of my Whitebook?
Yes! That’s one reason to make photo books online (you can create multiple copies). You can select the quantity you want when checking out.
Whitebook can deliver your books to two or more locations. Just add their respective addresses. For example, You want a book given to Grandma, who lives in Bangalore, and the other book to your sister, who lives in Mumbai.
What is the photo quality recommended for making a Whitebook?
Photos taken in natural light tend to look the best. As long as your image is around 300 dpi, its resolution will print well. Avoid uploading screenshots, and WhatsApp images as they compress the image quality and this may affect the print quality.
Sometimes you’ll want to print photos even if you’re aware it won’t turn out well, and Whitebook won’t prevent you from doing so—you’ll know what you’re getting upfront.

The product I received is defective. Can I get a replacement?
At Whitebook, it's our passion to ensure our photo albums do justice to the hard work you put in behind every image. But sometimes, even our best efforts don't meet your desired expectations.
Whitebook provides a replacement guarantee if the goods received are damaged/defective during transit, the product quality does not match the specifications, or the wrong product was accidentally shipped. If you want to have your order replaced, don't hesitate to contact us within ten days of receiving it. Whitebook will set up a reverse pickup for the same purpose. As soon as we get your returned order, Whitebook will send you a replacement. We do not exchange products if the consumer orders an incorrect item.
