Payments
Whitebook accepts UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Cash on Delivery, NetBanking & Wallets for payments.
Shipping
Whitebook ships to cities, towns, and villages all around India. Customers' orders are typically delivered within 7-10 working days. Delivery could be affected in some parts due to natural disasters, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. The consumer is liable for any duty imposed on their order.
In the rare event that your Whitebook delivery is delayed or damaged due to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we assure you that our team will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition at the earliest possible time.

Returns
Whitebook provides a replacement guarantee if the goods received are damaged/defective during transit, if the product quality does not match the specifications or if the wrong product was accidentally shipped. If you want to have your order replaced, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it. A reverse pickup will be set up for the same purpose. As soon as we get your returned order, Whitebook will send you a replacement.
We do not exchange products if the consumer orders the incorrect item.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy of your monitor's colour display. The brightness, contrast, and resolution of your screen will cause the product's colour to appear slightly different.
Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the consumer dislikes the goods or if the incorrect product was bought.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund up to 1 hour after the order date and time.
CLAUSE - You can cancel your order for a full refund within 1 hour of placing it. Cancellations after 1 hour will not be entertained. For POD clients, if payment or acceptance is not completed at the time of delivery, additional charges may apply, and legal action could be pursued if necessary.
Cancellations received after 1 hour will not be accepted. You can do so by submitting an inquiry through the Contact Us page, call us directly / or email us at care@whitebook.world
You agree to these terms when you purchase services and products from Whitebook.
If the Goods you bought are not available from stock, you will be notified and given the choice to either wait till the Goods are available from stock or cancel the transaction. Upon cancellation of your Orders, we will refund the amount(s) paid by you in full.
We personally review each transaction to ensure that there are no replicated transactions. If duplicate transactions are received for whatever reason, you will be notified and given the choice of using the extra money paid for future purchases or having it returned to your account.
Please note that any refund from Whitebook will be processed and reflected in your account within 4-5 business days, as per Razorpay.
