Photos taken in natural light tend to look the best. As long as your image is around 300 dpi, its resolution will print well. Avoid uploading screenshots, and WhatsApp images as they compress the image quality and this may affect the print quality.

If you want to have your order replaced, don't hesitate to contact us within ten days of receiving it. Whitebook will set up a reverse pickup for the same purpose. As soon as we get your returned order, Whitebook will send you a replacement. We do not exchange products if the consumer orders an incorrect item.
